Razdolinsk Periclase Plant

Razdolinsk periclase plant (RPP, Razdolinsk, Krasnoyarsk region) specializes in production of raw magnesia, followed by a complete cycle of its processing up to obtaining the trade marks of fused powder for metallurgical and electrical needs. The plant produces powders with a high MgO content (more than 98 percent).

RPZ joined Magnezit Group in 2007. Today this enterprise is a part of Nizhne-Priangarsk production site of Magnezit Group.

Magnezit Group is actively working on upgrading and retrofitting of technological equipment of both the main and auxiliary facilities. Only upgrading furnaces RPP will improve performance by 20 percent, increase the production capacity of up to 11 thousand tons of fused periclase powders per year and minimize the accident rate of production.

The enterprise plans further increase of production volume of competitive and modern products, improvement of product quality.

In the future RPP will join a new modern Complex of fused powders and calcined magnesia production. Products of this Complex are made on the basis of unique in its quality characteristics raw magnesia deposits.
