Yingkou Dalmond Refractories

A joint venture Yingkou Dalmond Refractories (Dashichao, Liaoning Province) was established in July 2001. A Chinese partner is Dashiqiao Qunyi Refractory Co., Ltd.

The main direction of business activity is manufacturing of high-quality products for convertors, electric arc furnaces, steel teeming ladles and torpedo ladles for the needs of customers in CIS countries, in Japan, People's Republic of China and Europe. Production capability in 2005 (after setting into operation the third line) reached 60 thousand tons.

Laboratory of this plant has an opportunity to estimate the quality of products according to all ratios, including the properties after carbonization, high-temperature curve. For express-analysis of raw materials the "Brukerax" X-ray fluorescent spectrometer is used. Personnel of the company consist of the best Chinese specialists, experienced in manufacturing of refractory materials.

• the whole range of oxide-carbon and alumina-periclase-carbon products.

The basic technological equipment Yingkou Dalmond Refractories has about 30 molding machines, including the two presses with capacity of 1600 tons, two presses with capacity of 1000 tons, 12 presses with capacity of 630 tons, 10 presses - of 400 tons. In addition, the company operates an automatic dosing system, mixing system at a constant temperature, heat treatment system with automatic temperature control, etc.

The company carries out continuous technical cooperation with Chinese and foreign institutions, such as the Institute of refractory materials in the city of Luoyang, Scientific-technical institute in the city of Anshan, the St. Petersburg Scientific-Technical Center, etc.

Yingkou Dalmond Refractories has a certified quality management system ISO 9001, as well as the title of «A» category company in the export of industrial products.

Project production capacity — 55 thousand tons per year.
